Spruce Quality Decks

We recently decided to get our current deck completely Re built,I contacted 3 companies for a quote,Terry from Spruce Decks was the only one who responded to organise a quote,the communication was good and consistent throughout the project. Right from the initial meeting,Spruce were on time,did what they said they would,and were very respectful at our home. The job took a week to build,and the result is fabulous,the pride of workmanship is evident,I have attached some pics,look at the board notch cut about 5mm to fit the concrete,its the small things which impressed us. Overall, we would not hesitate to recommend Spruce Decks......Great Job. The deck was named Bruce & Marion's deck after my late parents.

It was a pleasure to work with Dan and the team. From initial design and council approval to construction and handover the team were professional and kept me informed. The workmanship and detailing were top quality. Check out the detail on the spotted gum handrails. Dan did a brilliant job in the design and getting council approval. Mike and Zo built the deck and were polite, kept the site clean and knew exactly what they were doing. The result is not just practical but beautiful. I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend this professional company and commend the staff for excellent service.

Such wonderful customer service from start to finish. Great suggestions and problem solving skills as the project progressed( it wasn’t a straight forward design and council came up with constant road blocks and red tape) Dan communicated everything to us and the workers were diligent and neat throughout the whole build. Such a change of pace to what I’ve become accustomed to as good service- such good old fashioned workmanship and customer service. Would recommend to anyone as the best builders and carpenters I have encountered for over a decade 👍👍👍😊

Spruce did a wonderful job building a composite deck around the pool and screen in front of the existing fence. They returned calls, came when they said they would, they were polite and did an excellent job, Thank you!

We cannot rate Spruce Quality Decks more highly. It was a big decision to go ahead with our new (and beautiful) deck but right from the beginning we knew we'd made the right decision choosing this company. Terry, our main contact, was superb in communicating all the way through: he was always both prompt and courteous, never failing to respond to any questions we had, and stayed that way throughout the whole build. The 'lads' as we called them were wonderful. Polite, friendly, professional and thoughtful. Always tidied up to the best of their ability at the end of each day and most importantly did a superb job building our deck which we are delighted with. We could not be more happy in our experience with Spruce Decking and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a deck extension or other build.
