A huge thanks to Lucas and the crew from Lucas Building Services for our new pergola. The quality of the work is outstanding and Lucas and the team were great to deal with through the process. Lucas suggested a few minor enhancements along the way which added to the quality of the finished product. Would happily use them again. Highly recommended!

I first met Lucas on a plane two years ago, and I never imagined that encounter would lead to such a great working relationship. Recently, I’ve started doing scaffolding on his jobs, and I have to say, he is the ideal customer. Not only does he make payments on time, but he’s also a genuinely nice bloke to work with. Used Lucas Building Services to build a deck. From the start Lucas was great at communicating with me which made the project easy to organise. He walked me through the options and was great to deal with. Finished product was very high quality and would definitely recommend his work.

We selected Lucas to build our "retirement dream home" after he helped our daughter with some major urgent repairs. Yes- we paid a bit of a premium for using a small builder, but, the extra cost was more than compensated for by the quality build, attention to detail, and equally importantly, the professional, friendly relationship during the project. Yes there a couple of issues, but all were sorted out without fuss, and to our satisfaction. The build was done on time, and on budget. While we are pretty proud and pleased with our design and selections- Lucas worked well with us, and pulled it all together, and made it all work and it was a genuinely positive process. Its the finished product that now presents as (in our opinion!) a masterpiece. We love our new home!

Lucas and his team built a fantastic pergola with a great decking.I can't say enough about the attention to detail nothing was to much trouble for them.I would certainly recommend Lucas Building if you want a great job done. Thanks Lucas.

Lucas presented very professionally upon our first meeting and his communication skills throughout the whole process from planning to construction were excellent. I was surprised how quickly he was able to obtain council approval considering I’m in a bushfire area, but as he put it –“I know exactly what information they will need”. My decking was finished off Meticulously in a reasonable period of time and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Lucas!
