Sunshine Coast Decks

We had the occasion to replace an existing deck and engaged with Jason from Sunshine Coast Decks to install the new product for us. We had to coordinate the removal of old with the installation of the new, as we did not want to be without a deck beyond a day if possible. Jason and the team worked in with our timeframe to ensure we did not have to look at an empty sub frame for very long. Communication from Jason was clear, times were adhered to and Jason's presence on site ensured clarity with team members on the specific requirements. The team was respectful and careful with moving equipment and materials into our property. The install was professional and completed in the time indicated. Jason returned post installation to ensure we were happy with the installation. We would recommend Jason and the team to anyone needing a new deck.

Jason and the boys did a great job with my deck replacement and new deck roof. There were a few major issues with existing structure once the old deck was removed. This was no problem for the guys who fixed the issues with minimal delays and surprising low additional cost.

Jason and the lads did a fantastic job on our deck. We couldn't happier with the end result. It seemed to take forever to get the council approval through but as soon as we had it Jason was able to start the very next week! They had it all done for Christmas and we were able to have our families over for Christmas Dinner on the deck. The builders Jason has are super professional and really friendly. They entertained our 1 year old twins for us which was an added bonus. I'd recommend Ward builders anytime and I know who I'm calling for our next renovation. Jason and the crew did an amazing job recently on my front entry deck extension, retaining walls and back deck renewal. The project evolved over time and in the end it was quite different from my original ideas. Jason included my ideas and also came up with some amazing suggestions which were greatly appreciated. I have ended up with something beautifully built and quite unique. The entrance to my cute house is now a huge feature of the house in Noosa Heads and I would guess that not only has it utilised the outdoor area well it has also added to the value of the house should I choose to sell in the future. I can recommend them as craftsmen and as people. They team are honest and friendly to have around during the build. I won’t use anyone else now. Thanks guys.
