Genuine review - full new home build. We built our home with Campbell Construction Co and absolutely love it. From start to finish, their communication and care were truly elite. Pat, our dedicated project manager answered every question promptly, every detail was handled thoughtfully, and we always felt like a priority throughout the entire process. They're not the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive, but the quality of the work is as good as I've seen in 20 years of building homes. What really stood out was the respect and consideration they showed to our neighbours during the build, we’ve genuinely had multiple neighbours rave about how well they were treated. That speaks volumes about the kind of company they are. May seem small, but it's really nice to move in to a happy street! We couldn’t be happier with our home or the experience. Thank you Campbell Construction for the repairs of damage completed to my home. The service was excellent. Your site Supervisor Sam Barton was outstanding at organising and overseeing all the repairs that needed to be fixed and was able to answer and advise on any queries or concerns in a professional and very helpful manner. The trade companies especially Burleigh Paint and Plaster were fantastic, very precise, diligent, clean and a great work ethic, a pleasure to have working in my home. I am extremely happy with the results.

Ours was an insurance job through Shannon’s. We were first introduced to the Project Manager, Kosta, who sat down with us and went through everything that was going to happen. He was clear and precise as well as warm, friendly and funny. He made regular site visits to make sure everything was going to plan and answer any questions or address any issues we may have. The tradies rocked up when they said they would. They were always friendly and approachable. Their work was amazing. In fact they went over and above our expectations. Where do i start with this amazing company… Campbells was first mentioned to us from a close friend who had nothing but great things to say about Ben Campbells company. We took their advice and jumped in. Campbells showed caring and professionalism through every step. The site was kept immaculate due to Kenny Macleans strict work ethics to all tradies who worked on the project. We have been the house now a few weeks and the after sales service is fantastic. Kostas from Campbell Construction Co supervised and coordinated the various trades needed to fix damage to our house as part of an insurance claim. Although it all took a while, as is pretty characteristic of insurance jobs, every task was completed neatly and professionally. Kostas met us for a pre-start meeting and then kept us informed about next steps along the way. He was also there at the end to ensure we were satisfied with how the work turned out. Milly kept myself and rental agent up to date with each step of the rebuild. Milly is very approachable and found the time to explain the process of the rebuild and consulted other tenants about works so that they were not affected in running of their businesses.
