Sia managed the renovation of the kitchen, 2xbathroom and laundry in our first house. This was our first time renovating and Sia patiently supported us through the process and kept us constantly updated on the progress. I cannot recommend him or his team highly enough.

We recently renovated our apartment with Renovare New Farm and are very happy that we did. Overall, a great working experience with this Builder and a great outcome. They were upfront about their costs and explained their role and the stages that would follow. From the beginning, the Builder was very transparent and explained to us each of the processes and steps along the way, as this was our first time renovating an apartment. All communication was absolutely fantastic and the customer service was impeccable which is rare these days. They are a worthwhile investment - money spent with them saves you far more time, money and stress. We now have our beautiful renovated home and couldn't have done it without Sia and the Renovare team. We will definitely be using Renovare when we build or renovate again. Highly recommended!

We engaged Sia to renovate our apartment in Teneriffe, which involved gutting the entire apartment, moving walls, and installing new everything (kitchen, living area, 2 x bathrooms, laundry, 2 x bedrooms, flooring, painting etc.). Sia was wonderful to work with, from the initial project design and costing, liaison with the building management, and coordinating with Sia’s preferred contractors, all of whom were excellent. Sia brought our vision to fruition with minimal fuss and on time and budget. Communication was excellent throughout the renovation, particularly in communicating the cost and logistics of variations (all of which we asked for). We are thrilled with our new apartment and the quality of the workmanship. I can thoroughly recommend Sia’s work and would use him again without hesitation if we ever went through this process again.

In mid 2021, We started a project to build an extension for a master bedroom with on-suite and WIR and we chose Sia as the builder, who came across as professional builder and a great communicator. Even though there had been some delay in our project due to material & labor shortage (across the whole industry), we are super happy when it is finished and very impressed with Sia's work. Sia is always very helpful and attention to details is immaculate! 6 months after the project we can still rely on Sia's assistance to get the toilet & bathroom fan fixed (faulty parts). We can't speak high enough of his professionalism and reliability. Many thanks for bringing us a beautiful extension which we enjoy immensely. cheers Dominic & Grace

Sia and his team from Renovare transformed our home into a beautiful, functioning space for our family. Sia’s open and responsive communication to me and his management of the renovation was of a high standard and he regularly checked in with me about changes that needed to be made along the way. Sia listened to my thoughts and issues and respectfully explained processes to me and always offered solutions to building changes that inevitably turn up during renovations. I would highly recommend Sia and Renovare to do your building/renovations. I will continue to use Sia and his team for future work.

So happy to have had all my renovation tasks carried out by these lads. While they’re extremely professional and understanding, what struck me the most in dealing with them was the honesty combined with professionalism and diligence, resulting in a mutual trust between us and creating a client-contractor bond that would last for years to come. Highly recommended as you’d certainly be proud of your decision of opting to work with them. Personally looking forward to further collaborations in the future.
