I had an excellent experience from start to finish with my patio build. Everyone I dealt with, from sales and office staff to accounts, check measure, scheduling and the installers were extremely helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. No question ever felt like a problem, even with my many questions. All quotes, responses and paperwork were provided very quickly and I was never left waiting. I’d also like to give a special mention to my installer who was working with a young, relatively new to the company, apprentice. He was patient, supportive and generous with his knowledge, taking the time to teach constantly throughout the day. It was refreshing to see such positive mentoring in the trades industry. I found this company through my mum as they had completed her patio a few years ago, my neighbors also recently used them and I would 100% recommend this company to anyone else.

Great job by Pacific Patio's. s you can see by the photos we have an awkward little space to fit our carport, but Pacific Patios had all the solutions to maximise use of our little front yard. Quality of the materials is excellent. The installers Scott and Luke were a pleasure to work with, nothing was a problem, very polite, friendly and most importantly super efficient. Finally yes the iMAX does fit in the space, just got home a bit late last night.

Steve from Pacific patios was excellent! From start to finish, running me though the process and providing a quote, drawings & plan on first initial consultation. Steve really knew his stuff and gave me confidence he would do a proper professional job. That’s exactly what he did. Communication was excellent, his boys were great and went above & beyond. Thank you Pacific Patios. After contacting five other companies to discuss what I wanted and get their advice. I went with Pacific Patios. They stood out from the rest. Great communication very helpful nothing was an issue and they worked with me with changes and ideas. From start to finish they where professional and took all the hard work and stress out of the job for me I’m so happy with the outcome their work on time and no surprises. They arranged a Crain and extras I wanted with ease. I’m loving the end result it’s better than I thought, they also connected me with Gold Coast Generators to do all the electrical work. They both communicated and worked together no stress for me. And same the electrical work was excellent also. Both clean and neat work no mess and all care.
