Darrell and his team are were great! We got a quote on a Wednesday and then our deck work was completed by the following Wednesday! Quality workmanship in a timely manner. No hidden $$ just honest quotes and quick construction. Would recommend to my friends and family.

I was impressed with the very professional quote and attention to detail from Designer Decks Darrell had all the information regarding insurances and licenses etc included in the quote along with a plan of action. The work on the deck started on time and Sam ( the chippy) was on the job first day at 7am and worked through to 6pm. as a consequence the deck was finished in just under three days. The workmanship was excellent and we are pleased with the end result. It was a difficult site with regard to access but this did not phase the team. I have no reservations in recommending Designer Decks and would certainly use them again.

After talking to several builders, my wife and I engaged Darrell from Designer Decks to design and build our deck in September 2018. We are very happy with the finished result - quality workmanship and the service we have received from the company. The main reason we chose Designer Decks was we felt confident the finished result would look great, they had the expertise and resources to complete on time, and Darrell was willing to change the design to suit our requirements. Designer Decks weren't the cheapest builder to quote, but I guess you get what you pay for and they are specialists. The carpenters that came to our house - Grant & Tom - were punctual and didn't swear, which was different! Their pride of workmanship is obvious, with attention to detail in every cut and join. I have employed builders on other renovations where they say one thing and it ends up costing more later. But I can honestly say Darrell was upfront with everything - we had high expectations and he delivered.

Designer Decks created a wonderful pool deck for us with a highly professional service. It was everything we wanted and more. Great workmanship, lovely people, highly recommended. If only all businesses worked this way.
