From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and punctual, always leaving the site clean and tidy at the end of each day. If I could give more then 5 stars I would! Steve's attention to detail, work ethic, honesty and professionalism are extraordinary. Steve built my deck patio, carport and shed and they are fantastic and exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend Steve enough. Wonderful communicator, dependable and competitively priced, though I believe Steve offers far more in service delivery and customer satisfaction, then his competitors! My patio roof installation had a serious structural hiccup that was no fault of Steve's or his team but because of Steve's building expertise and experience, he was able to fix the problem and gain more structural integrity then prior, whereas a less skilled contractor may not have been able to correct this.

Steve and his crew did such an exceptional job. It turned out better than i even expected. Their attention to detail was meticulous and they really listen to what the customer wants Im so happy with it i keep going outside to see it. Has made such a difference to the space and definitely added value to my property as they use high quality products Cant give them a good enough rap As there are no words strong enough to express how happy i am with their work Quality, great communication, friendly and explain each part of the process and the outcome is flawless. Cody, Steve & Aaron removed our old deck and built our dream deck, the communication from Cody and Steve throughout the process was excellent, only quality materials and workmanship were used throughout the build, the communication was great from start to finish. Cody spent the time with us to explain the process, his skills are second to none! Advanced also built a large carport for us, which came up perfect. Highly recommend these guys!

Having had several builders on site to assess our plans, and express reluctance to take on the job, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Steve and his positive attitude. Steve is highly knowledgeable in his field and goes above and beyond to find solutions to implement his client's vision. He is clearly passionate about his work and takes great pride in the service he delivers. Steve and his team have demonstrated great work ethic, professionalism and initiative throughout the duration of our project. All communication was efficient and clear, and all of our expectations have been exceeded. What had the potential to be a very stressful build, was a pleasure, due to Steve's motivation and leadership.
