We worked with ASM Design Construct to create plans for our owner builder project, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, the team was professional, approachable, and genuinely supportive. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, and their guidance made the process much less daunting. The plans provided were detailed, practical, and tailored to suit our needs as owner builders. ASM also offered excellent advice along the way, helping us make informed decisions while keeping everything cost-effective and realistic. We really appreciated how easy they were to communicate with and how responsive they were to our questions throughout the process. Overall, ASM Design Construct not only delivered high-quality plans but also gave us the confidence and support we needed to move forward with our project. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and cost-conscious design and building company.

We purchased the ugliest house in the street that was on an awkward angle and was essentially a crooked brick box. After describing the features we wanted in a family home, Alison rose to the occasion with her design skills. Not only did she incorporate everything we wanted, she made the home look stunning with her style and finishing recommendations. Once Scott and the boys started the renovations they hooked in, working hard with constant open communication and updates on where things were up too. Their workmanship was excellent and they way they interacted with our children was fantastic. Essentially the whole team became part of the family through the process. We can not thank them enough for their hard work, skills and communication. We highly recommend the team at ASM!

We engaged ASM for the complete design, through to construction, of our outdoor living area - which included a deck, pool, and interior access. From start to finish, ASM skillfully designed the space, coordinated all necessary approvals, and expertly executed the build. The result is nothing short of amazing – they truly transformed the area into an impressive and functional space. The team at ASM was highly professional, punctual, and courteous throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident at every stage of the project. We are already looking forward to partnering with them for Phase 2 of our renovation which will include extending the front of the house, building an upstairs front deck, and transforming the entrance. Highly recommend ASM’s services to anyone looking for a team that delivers exceptional results with professionalism and care.
