I recently had a new pergola installed at my investment property and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The whole team was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Communication was excellent—not only did they keep me informed, my estate agent and tenant were also kept updated throughout the entire process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The final result looks fantastic and it has really transformed the outdoor living space. Highly recommend!

We love our redesigned/re roofed courtyard by Patioland. Dealing with the company was a very positive experience for us from go to woe. Luke, who came to do the measure & quote was knowledgeable and helpful & followed up with us visiting the show room to view assembled designs & choose colours and materials. The work started promptly on the first work day of the new year when the materials were delivered. Rachel in the office informed us in a timely manner about when to expect each work person’s arrival.to Adam, the builder arrived @ 07.00 and promptly set to work removing the old courtyard structure and roofing and commenced the new build. He worked nonstop from 07.00 to 17.00 three days in a row & completed build, with his apprentice or assistant arriving at designated points as required. The torrential rains began the following day and continued through the weekend. Our courtyard remained water tight, no a single drop anywhere 😊😊

Patioworld has been amazing with our project from the beginning. Luke came out to our place and suggested many different options and they have been very flexible in how we could approach the different stages of the build. The office were very helpful when there were some delays from our end. When the build happened, Adam and his team were amazing and worked hard to produce an incredible result. When choosing a supplier, always look at their post-sale attitude—it’s the true reflection of a company's essence. These guys have helped me multiple times, even well into the post-warranty period. The team at PatioWorld have been amazing from the very first time I walked into the showroom in West Gosford. There was no pressure to sell me something only advice, then when I worked out what I wanted the team made the process easy. I am so happy with the results the awning is amazing, the installer was fantastic asking if there were any questions along the instal. My Electrician had questions which I had to ask the team and were answered in a single way so I could relay the information to my Electrician. Job well done extremely happy.
