We had a split in a copper pipe. Water was spraying out. We live on tank water so this is a disaster as we can’t get water quickly if our tanks empty. Call RACV a plumber came within 90 minutes. The leak was fixed in minutes. The plumber was professional and helpful. Best service ever. We purchase RACV Home Assist every year. It seems that we need to use this great service once a year. Perfect service for the unexpected. Kathy

John R came to have a look why there was water leakage in my almost new Mitsubishi reverse cycle A/C. He fixed the problem in 5 minutes and gave me very useful advice about what to do next as he found a very shoddy job was done by the installer. Hats off to John R and also to RACV for a quick response.

The plumber who attended was very thorough. He explained the issues & what the best solution would be. Although the home assist call out wasn’t attended to as promptly as usual due to the heat & high number of call outs - Reid was still more than pleasant & was just great. Thanks Reid. I would highly recommend RACV home assist it’s worth it.
