I recently hired Shri Krishna to install a freestanding cooktop at my property, and I can't commend his commitment and professionalism enough. Despite the booking coinciding with his child's birthday, Shri Krishna honored his commitment to the job. Even though I offered to reschedule, he chose to complete the work as planned. His dedication was evident throughout the process. When a small leak was discovered, he patiently traced the root cause and meticulously carried out all necessary preparations to ensure safety before proceeding with the installation. Furthermore, when we found that the cooktop unit lacked a lead cable for power, Shri Krishna's dual certification as both a Gas Plumber and Electrician proved invaluable. His expertise allowed him to handle the electrical work on the spot, preventing any delays. Overall, Shri Krishna was both fast and efficient, delivering top-notch service. I am extremely grateful for his hard work and flexibility. Thank you so much, Shri Krishna!
