We initially contacted Mitch at the beginning of the month for a quote. He came out within 24 hours and provided a very detailed, well-laid-out quote. Our first impressions were that the team was punctual, well presented, and very professional, so we went ahead and booked them to install 8 fans we purchased from Lighting Illusions and install 2 outdoor lights. They gave us a time and arrived exactly as promised, with Adam and Ash leading the Charge. Starting at 7:00am, they smashed out the installation while being incredibly respectful and professional toward my wife and me. Communication was excellent throughout they made sure we were completely happy with the positioning of each fan before proceeding. We are extremely happy with the quality of their work. 10/10 would recommend, and we’ll absolutely be using them again next time!
