True North Solar put our solar system on 2 1/2 years ago and we have just had them add batteries to it. With both installations we had lots questions that were quickly answered because of their extensive knowledge of solar systems. The employees that were on site doing the installations were very approachable regarding any questions on the day and were very respectful. We highly recommend them to anyone thinking about installing solar.

True North Solar installed our solar and batteries last week. Seamless process and efficient installation. Also took the time to explain everything and demonstrate the app. Can’t fault both the installation team and office support along with owner Kash who patiently answered all our questions and ensured the system was right for our needs. Highly recommend.

Verdict: High Distinction for the True North Faculty After exhaustive research into renewable energy vectors, we went with True North Solar, and frankly, the empirical evidence speaks for itself. Rob started us off with zero-nonsense honesty, setting the stage for a textbook execution. The installation squad—Phil, Chris, Jason, and Gils—were absolute technicians of the highest order. Clean, thorough, and possessing a sharp wit that made the day fly by. A special citation for Phil: debating the meaning of life with you while you’re harnessed to my roof or have you head buried in a mass of cables and what not, was the intellectual highlight of my week. That is some serious multitasking talent. If you want a system installed by professionals who can handle both high voltage and high concepts, this is the crew. Five stars, peer-reviewed and approved.

I’ve used True North Solar three times now to install and upgrade my home’s solar and battery systems, and they’ve been outstanding every time. Rob from True North Solar went above and beyond — he sat with me for several hours going through my personal circumstances in detail to make sure I made the best, most informed decision for my situation. What really sets True North Solar apart is that they take the time to understand your individual needs. Other companies I contacted simply sent quotes without any real discussion or advice. In contrast, True North Solar provided tailored recommendations that suited me perfectly. Every installation has been completed professionally, on time, and the team always left the area clean and tidy. I couldn’t be happier with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering solar or battery systems.
