He was punctual at 7.00am, went about the work with no fuss, and was very pleasant to deal with. His rates are very reasonable too. We do have a warranty issue with the remote control modules for the fans (that we purchased ourselves) and Mark has also written a report for us to send with the warranty claim. We would recommend Mark for electrical work, after our experience today.
