She handled all the admin and comms so smoothly I didn't have to stress for a second. • John and Sam were the installation legends. They were fast, tidy, and absolute pros. Just wanted to commend your tradie John who sorted out the issue with my air cons today . I can often find tradies a bit challenging. Dismissive, non communicative and sometimes outright rude. John was excellent. He has a great manner. Very professional polite and respectful. Explained the problem with patience in a way I could understand . Provided options and recommendations for repair. I also felt the price for the work was pretty reasonable. Will definitely be recommending your business to others and will get you guys back for annual maintenance cleans and any other issues.
