I recently had an 18kW ducted system installed by Paul and Joey from Hervey Bay Air & Electrical, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The installation was top-notch — truly faultless — and their workmanship was outstanding. Beyond the quality of the install, both Paul and Joey were exceptionally professional in the way they conducted themselves. Their communication leading up to installation day was clear and consistent, so I always knew what to expect in terms of timing and the sequence of work. Throughout the entire job, they did exactly what they said they would do — something I really appreciate, especially given past experiences with other contractors. After commissioning the system, they also took the time to walk me through a thorough handover so I fully understood how everything operates. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend Hervey Bay Air & Electrical to anyone looking for reliable, professional workmanship.

This company have gone above and beyond to wrangle with a very difficult situation around our air-conditioner. They were easy to access and were highly responsive to our questions. They went, annd I will say it agained, above and beyond in terms of their service to our AirBNB. Shari has delivered exceptional customer service despite running into some adversity with the supplier. The technician has worked outside of our working hours to service our air-conditioner on. Several occasions and also has gone above and beyond! I would recommend the service to anyone *without hesitation*. Thank you, thank you thank you thank you🙏🙏🌸🌸🌸 We are so truly deeply grateful because without this wonderful service our holidays would have been absolutely ruined in the summer heat, but now thanks 🙏 to Harvey Bay air and electrical - we will be enjoying the cool.

Thank you Hervey Bay Air. Very timely and well priced quote (Paul) and professional installation (Rowan) and liaison Shari (hope I spelt that correct). Unlike some tradies, these guys clean up after the job. Top floor install and unit size is perfect with smarts (NXT). I can now get the aircon cooling down while we are out :-)
