Great experience from start to finish. From the moment I submitted an online enquiry, Renee called almost immediately and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Bob then came out and patiently answered my many questions about the different system options. The information provided was clear, detailed, and made choosing the right setup easy. Every step was explained thoroughly, so we always knew what to expect. The team delivered a truly professional job, and the installation was smooth and efficient. A big thank you to Renee and the boys for such an outstanding effort — we’re absolutely loving the cool air! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service and workmanship.

Honestly we have had the best experience with this company. From the very first phone call with Renee everything has been a breeze. 😁 Renee was amazing and looked after all the finance for us and we were so lucky to be able to get installed just in time for summer. We had Bob, Toby and Jordan install our system. We found all of them to be very professional, respectful and very friendly. They explained the whole process from start to finish and explained how it all worked. We absolutely would recommend this company as they have gone well above and beyond our expectations. Thankyou Renee and Team we are very thankful and are loving our new system. Many Thanks Adam and Rach.

We had a great experience with Hello Breeze. Toby and the team recently installed our ducted aircon. The price was reasonable, communication (particularly from Renee) was great, the team was friendly and knowledgable, and the install was quick and painless! Highly recommend and would use this team again. Haven’t turned the aircon off since install!

I’ve been dealing with Renee for a while now and I will say she is very good at what she does. From the beginning I was confident that I had made the right choice in ducted aircon. Hello Breeze we’re a pleasure to deal with and the installation team were on time and did a great job and left my house clean and tidy. Jordan and his crew were polite and friendly and would recommend them to anyone looking to install a ducted system. I’m happy that I chose Hello Breeze Aircon for my installation.

Really happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Renee was fantastic, easily the most organised and informative person I've dealt with when it comes to admin and coordination. The installation team was professional, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. They made sure to test everything before heading off and even sorted out a small issue with the temperature sensors on the spot. I’ll definitely keep using this business. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.
