Extremely impressed by the guys and gal at Faze. Brielle was delightful from the start. She was so polite and super efficient, great communication which made everything feel so easy. Jaye came out and gave me a quote that was a fair price for the job (as i had obtained a few quotes). I accepted the quote on the same day and Brielle called me and was able to squeeze me in a few days later. Jarrod n Dan came out to complete the installation and they were pleasant to speak with. They were super accommodating to my 2 large dogs and didn’t make it hard for me to navigate the dogs around them working. They also cleaned up all the debris and mess. Thank you so much guys. All-in-all ild recommend Faze in a heartbeat. Appreciate all the hardwork and prompt communication from the whole team.

Faze were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had my air-conditioner installed in under one business day! I paid less than what was quoted which was a bonus. The electricians were very well mannered and did a wonderful job with the installation of the AC. We had a great experience right from start to finish. We needed to get an 8kw Air Con installed just before Xmas. The team were only too happy to accommodate us where others wouldnt. Brielle in the office was super friendly but very professional. We asked for a quote and it was sent in a timely manner with everything we asked for. Top points for Brielle, working in customer service my self, I was very impressed. The day of the install, the boys were fantastic and I was surprised how fast the got things done. They removed all the rubbish and left everything nice and clean. I was so happy with the servie and highly recommend them. The guys and gals were friendly and professional, and did an excellent job fitting up my air conditioning systems. The quote was well within my budget, and the time it took to book it in and do the job was very quick. Because of the great service, I also got them to come and do a service on my older air conditioning system. Thanks to all of the team at Faze, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I am super happy with the service I received from FAZE. Quoting and booking was quick and easy over text and after having the run-around from a few different companies they were just fantastic.
