They arrived earlier than scheduled, which was a pleasant surprise, and conducted themselves with complete professionalism throughout the visit. It was clear he knew exactly what he was talking about and explained the situation thoroughly. Although he didn’t replace the cabling, he gave sound advice: since the line is currently working, it’s best to continue using it until an actual fault develops. I appreciated his honesty and practical approach rather than pushing unnecessary work. This was especially helpful given that Telstra had identified the issue but don’t handle this type of fix. The cabler’s clear explanation and professional manner gave me confidence in how to manage the situation going forward. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable, knowledgeable service.
