Jasper and the team were very easy to deal with , turned up on time , installation was seamless, and the app is super easy to use. Workmanship and Communication was first class. With all the companies doing solar at the moment we wanted someone local who we knew would standby their work and product. Thomson Energy supported me in the seemingly endless battle to get some service from Alpha who sent the wrong part. On August 3 Thomson Energy installed the new Sigenergy system and on September 10, I went off-grid. Please see elsewhere for the review of the Sigenergy system. Nathan and Jasper from Thomson Energy moved heaven and earth to repair the old system to no avail. They just don't make them any more and none of the old software talks to anything. They recommended the Sigenergy system and the numbers made sense. Great people to deal with, excellent customer service and really know their stuff.

A big shoutout to Nathan who worked tirelessly to battle heat and wet weather, making sure the job was completed in a timely and neat manner. The guys provided valuable information and made sure we felt comfortable in understanding the product (they are always a phone call away and can check the system remotely if needed).
