The inspector is very knowledgable and provides options to consider. The installation staff works very well and quicly and leaves no trace behind after the service. No additional items to work on for you as the aircon installed worked as soon as the job was complete. Overall, I highly recommend this team for your aircon needs.

The team from Proven Air Conditioning and Electrical were fantastic. They were organised, prompt, polite and, most importantly, efficient and professional from start to finish. Their booking and communication system is excellent too, keeping us updated with accurate arrival times (and they were always right on time). We also found their pricing very competitive. They came out quickly to assess the issue with our air con, then returned just two days later and fixed everything, after other companies had told us we’d be waiting weeks. An excellent experience from the beginning of the trouble with our old system to the installation of our new one. Prompt service from the call to servicing the old one, to the installation of our new one. Unbelievably quick - just a matter of days. The advice on whether to repair or get a new one was informative and supportive. Quotes were given on the day. From our decision to purchase a new system the process was seamless and prompt. The communication was excellent. The two skilful workers who stalled our new Mitsubishi system were outstanding in their work ethic and knowledgeable expertise in every step of the installation. Absolutely fantastic job deep cleaning out the blocked filter and drains on my air con unit. It absolutely frosty and I never thought it could be so quiet. Not even a drop of water or cleaning fluid split either. Also got a few good tips to keep it clean like turning it off while cooking. 10/10 would recommend the cleaning services.

Great service and work by Zac and his crew! Zac came and did the quote and provided his recommendations to help with deciding which option I wanted. Then the team came and performed the job (deep clean + replacing old ducts + add zoning) in a timely and efficient manner. They did their best in keeping the place neat and tidy which is highly appreciated. The air con performance after the job is significantly better! Cooling the room in no time and much stronger! Our 25 year old a/c died just before xmas and Angelo from Proven A/C got it back up and running perfectly. But it needed replacement. Two weeks ago, the team came out and installed a new system and we are super happy with it. Quality work, excellent communication from start to finish, and a polite and hard working team.
