I rang Joel on a Monday morning in a panic as my heating was broke and I had a young baby. Joel offered to stop in on his way home from work to diagnose the problem. He was able to identify the problem very quickly and squeezed me in to fix the air conditioning unit by Thursday morning. He even went above and beyond to fix the previous installers work. His professionalism, friendliness and knowledge was outstanding. Will definitely be using him again if I ever have any issues.

I found Joel from JR Air Solutions after googling in my local area & reading the reviews. So glad I did, Joel was very approachable, friendly & trustworthy. He came out as soon as he could, on time, & did a great job checking my air conditioning system on the wall control panel, the outdoor unit & in the roof & then explaining what was needed. He also fixed my ducted rangehood at a great price. Would highly recommend Joel, he is the owner of the business, you are not going to be just another job to him.

Joel did an outstanding job installing our new air conditioner yesterday. He was punctual in his arrival, even arriving 5 minutes earlier than had been organised. He was friendly, down to earth and very easy going. Joel alerted me to when he required the electrical mains to be switched off and communicated when they were switched back on. He showed me how to use the remote, demonstrating all the functions and gave me a run through of how to maintain and maximise the life of the air conditioner. I highly recommend Joel for any person’s installation/repair of their air conditioner.
