Great service from the moment I contacted them. We are very happy with our fan/light they supplied and installed for us in our patio room. Installation was quick and easy and the installer was professional and took away all the rubbish. Highly recommend them and will be using again to get fans in bedrooms.

Ryan from First Choice was fantastic to deal with. Friendly, professional and very honest with his advice while helping us sort out our oven issues. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process stress free. We’ll definitely be using him again for our upcoming renovation and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Great receptionist (Thanks Rach); professional, made me feel comfortable to talk too, willing to assist with my enquires. Meet Thomas, he was professionally well dressed. He knew what he was talking about, fixed the situation and reassured if there was any problems to give First Choice Electrical & Maintenance a call and someone will come over, giving me that peace of mind. I would highly recommend First Choice to everyone I know. Thank you Rach and Thomas.

Had no idea who this company was, saw a well presented truck parked out the front of our units, called, spoke to Rachel. We had our Hot Water tank short out, sent her some photos, Dean arrived early afternoon, nice guy, fixed the issue, very clean service unlike some other experiences we have had. Highly recommend, they are now on our Electrician list for Avoca Beach. Well done.

First Choice Electrical have proven to be a competent and customer service company since their 1st job in June 2025. The guys are courteous and respectful to senior clients with our requests for assistance. I recommend them to others looking for a proper job at a fair service price and a company that ensures as a customer U are satisfied with the results. Thomas today dealt with us particularly my husband very respectfully and ensured all was right with the lights before he left. Thanks
