We called Scott from FAW Electrical who attended the next day to inspect the damage and lay out some options for us. Scott and his crew attended Friday 4 July and had a new power pole installed and the power reconnected. All of this in the space of a couple of days. Scott was professional and knowledgeable with good competitive rates and kept us informed the whole way. We cannot fault him and FAW Electrical and have no hesitation in recommending Scott. We were so impressed that we have already booked him in to do some other work for us.

They came in, assessed the job, and handled it with professionalism, skill, and efficiency. It’s rare to find a tradie that not only meets expectations but exceeds them in every aspect. I’m thoroughly impressed with their quality of work, attention to detail, and fair pricing. A huge thank you to Scott, Wayne, and the boys for such an excellent job. I highly recommend FAW Electrical for anyone looking for reliable, electrical services!
