Hi Team, I am very slow to give a review but here I am because I never forgot you because I was in a real need for a sparky in the 2nd week of December 2023 for a new ie first ever garage door to be fitted the next day & if the power work wasn't done it would be a 2 month wait & I could not get anyone to help, & even guys who had worked here before didn't reply with my request for a yes or no Text msg for the job. I was helped by one guy who said not possible but gave me Zak/Zach... Walker's number & he rang me early in the morning to discuss & said give me 10mins & I'll check at the office & ring me back. He did & with a positive Yes, & this was well before sign-on time in the morning. A crew member came & did the job that morning & this was well done & an enormous relief. It was a busy time for all & this company came through for me. I have more tasks that I need to be done at my home & will gladly welcome them back.

Zach answered the phone promptly and gave us some problem solving tips to try before we committed to a service callout. We spoke a couple of times on the phone and sent photos of our issue. His staff communicated with us to confirm the time they could attend, the job was completed and the work they did was explained to us. Would highly recommend this business.
