Oliver was great to deal with from the start, taking the time to discuss our battery and inverter options and providing several quotes so we could compare and decide. Communication was always clear and prompt, and the pricing was very competitive. Anthony and his team carried out the installation smoothly and professionally. They were friendly, explained the changes to the switchboard, left everything clearly labelled and organised, and made sure the site was clean and tidy before they left. Paul provided excellent after-sales support, helping us work through some initial issues (unrelated to the installation) by remotely monitoring the system and clearly explaining our options until everything was resolved. Overall, we were very happy with the whole experience and would happily recommend ECOlectrical to our friends and family.

All team members are very knowledgeable and happy to talk through any aspect of the work being planned or undertaken. The ECO team worked incredibly hard over a couple of quite hot days to complete the job, the workmanship of which is exceptional. I'm very happy with the solar and battery installation, it's performance is exceeding my expectations. Even better, they're a local Newy company - fantastic to support the local economy. A very pleased customer, I will be using ECOlectrical for all electrical work I need done in future. Thanks to all members of the ECO team, you're all fabulous!

We already had a good idea of what we wanted, and instead of a pushy sales pitch, he focused on giving us the information we actually needed which helped us make the right decisions for our home. The pre-installation assessment and installation was quick, smooth, and professionally done. The team were clearly very experienced and were more than happy to answer any questions we had throughout the process, which gave us a lot of confidence. We’re extremely happy with the end result and would definitely recommend ECOlectrical to anyone considering solar and/or a battery system.
