From the offset Zac went through every detail of what needed to be done with accuracy and professionalism, far beyond what I had experienced with my previous electricians and other trades. He laid out everything in clear and coherent terminology which I appreciated very much during a stressful renovation.   I engaged Bright Spark Electrical Group (BSEG) to supply and install downlights in my apartment, including changing the switch plates and removing the old fittings. Zac and his team did a great job overall, and I was very pleased with the results. Zac was transparent about pricing, with no hidden costs. He went the extra mile by reviewing my main switchboard and exhaust fans and proposing reasonable upgrades. I would highly recommend Zac and his team and would definitely have them back for any future electrical work.

  We’re very pleased with the service that we received from Zak and his team at Bright Spark. He was able to offer us some really great advice and options for lighting and exhaust fans (not sure if that’s what you call it) in the limited space we of our ensuite.
