Petre's Curtains & Blinds

We ordered sheer curtains and motorised blinds from Petre’s last year and the customer service and quality have been amazing! Lloyd was very professional and made sure that the blinds and curtains were installed properly. When we had some issues with charging the blinds, Elizabet was great at making sure she resolved the issue for us (at no additional charge). Justine was also very great in maintaining communications and trying to be accomodating with our schedule throughout this time.

I chose a local business to brighten our home with new curtains and it seemed sensible to choose one that has been in the business for a good while. Petre's fit that bill and I have no complaints about the quality of the service offered. Elizabet's recommendation of colour and material was spot on. The finished result is very pleasing, exceeding my expectations.Petre's even managed to complete the job before Christmas, that unlikely target, even though I advised them that it wasn't urgent. Got some beautiful sheer curtains made and installed for our living areas, study and a bedroom, and they have completely transformed our place. The fabric and quality was beautiful and their service fantastic. Most importantly, there after sales care has been really impressive. Am now looking at getting some other rooms done.
