Rolletna - Motorised Blinds and Curtains Sydney

We had a motorized awning installed at our home over a decade ago. The fabric required replacement, and just like over ten years ago, the team at Rolletna were outstanding in their customer service, communication and attention to detail. It was great to see that Jamie, who originally installed the awning, was still with the company and headed up the fabric replacement. He really knows his products, and his ability to manage unexpected complications was very reassuring. It is rare these days and a compliment to the company to have this sort of stability and continuity in their work force. A heartfelt thanks to Jamie, Paollo and Katrina.

We have used the team at Rolletna for several projects in our apartment including roller blinds, curtains and automated balcony awning. I called Rolletna today to seek help on why my external blinds were not responding to the Somfy remote. The lovely lady that answered my call listened to my concerns then said she would have Jamie call me back to see help if he could help via the phone before booking a service. Jamie called promptly and patiently ran through every possible reason for the problem I was describing , he was extremely professional and patient. After we tried several troubleshooting tips we were able to get the blinds working again. I was so impressed that Jamie did his best to help, saving me having to book a service call out. Great service, Grant came out on extremely short notice and provided a quote and samples. Within a week the blinds were ready and Jamie came out to install and showed me how to configure and use the Somfy blinds. Very professional and efficient, thanks team!
