We had a very small job, the replacement of existing curtains in only one room, using the existing curtain rods. Andrea was as engaged as if it were a big assignment. She recommended a great style and fabric, pointing out how the new curtains would change the look of the room. She was very helpful in identifying the curtain rings we were to provide. She was also open about what The Curtain Lab could not assist with (a very specific requirement for cafe curtains). After placing our order and paying the deposit, the curtains were ready in super quick time. The installation went smoothly at a time convenient to us.
