Mark arrived on time and was quick to clean the chimney. He diagnosed the problem we had with the flue being blocked. Overall a great experience and highly recommended. Really knows his stuff and took the time to explain how to get the best performance out of our fireplace. Very friendly - will definitely call on his services in the future! 😃👍

Mark was punctual, clean and courteous. He laid down cloth over sensitive furniture to protect from dust and dirt. He washed his hands before touching the ceiling which was very courteous. Job was professionally done without any fuss. Communication was through text message, I'm sure this bloke spends half his time on/in a roof so he obviously can't get to the phone whenever you call. Doesn't waste time. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Mark has been chimney Cleaning for 17 years. He arrived in time. Inspected slow combustion heater and covered hearth with sheet and commenced cleaning. He replaced the cowl and cleaned flue quickly and effectively. Cleaned out firebox and retuned internal baffle. Job done and booked again in two years.
