FireWizard Fireplace servicing

Have a Norseman wood burner which was looking a bit tired, and has never been looked at in the 3 years we have lived in the house. Jon came out and inspected, checked the bricks, the parts and the flue and found nothing of issue. With the wood burner looking tired, we decided to have a renovation done on the fireplace to bring it back looking like new. Whilst he did that he also "straightened" the burner, which hadnt originally been fitted straight. Good to get a company with integrity and not wanting to charge for replacement parts that dont need replacing. Highly Recommend.

Our fire place was in need of a long overdue service and a fixer upper. We got recommended to contact Jon from Fire wizard and service was top notch. Jon really helped me out with my wood fireplace. I had trouble getting people to turn up for servicing, and when they did, they couldn't remove the firebricks, or clean the flue because there is a 45 degree bend in it. Jon was responsive, came on time, installed the firebricks which was quicky tricky, and had the right equipment to clean the flue. I would highly recommend Jon.
