Flood Response were fantastic to deal with after a recent window water leak and need for replacement carpet in my apartment. Walter was efficient, a good communicator and organised the carpet replacement in a timely manner. He would liaise with the building manager and also with me in person. The carpet layers were very experienced and also very good communicators when discussing carpet joins etc. I highly recommend this company.

Walter and his team have been great to deal with when I had a flood in my apartment requiring a series of work to be undertaken. They were efficient, reliable and even went out of their way installing new carpet on a public holiday. Great work and thanks

I could not be happier with the excellent service Walter and his team brought to address our flood situation. Their knowledge and advice were first class and the immediate response reduced the long-term impact to our property. Flood response proactively engaged with the other trades to minimise the inconvenience to our tenant. The final product was an improvement turning a poor situation into a good one. Well done Flood Response.
