    Had my property cleaned prior to sale. Initial communication was great and I was quoted for the property. The cleaner arrived and did not know what they were required to do per the quote. During the clean, the garden was damaged and plants trampled on. Unfortunately I was advised by another trade tending to the property and not the cleaner (having not been present at the prooerty). As soon as Ravi was aware he organised to have the plants replaced. Cleaner had to return to compete some unfinished areas the following day. Overall, a decent clean in the end.
