  I contacted CFS Pty Ltd to rectify a water damage restoration job that another company completely failed to remedy. CFS Pty Ltd were very supportive in promptly, and very professionally arranging for Sam, their staff, to attend my place. He punctually and methodically assessed with appropriate equipment the extent of the water damage and any presence of mold. Then he promptly installed all required drying and moisture absorbing equipment as shown on uploaded photos. Most appreciated is the fact that the price CFS Pty Ltd charged, although not cheap in absolute terms, is more than fair given the time Sam took in assessing the damage to be rectified and the quality of the tools and equipment that this company uses. Also, I had paid the same amount to the previous company for the previous sham job. What I also very much appreciate about CFS Pty Ltd is the rapport they maintain with a customer after they provide a service to them.

  Jerry and the team at Capital Facility Services were engaged to provide mould remediation services at our property. Jerry has a very calm demeanour which assisted us in working through what was needed and was open to the variations we requested to complete the job to our satisfaction. The team including Suzie in scheduling and admin did a very good job in a timely manner. Recommended.

  We had mould growing on our walls due to bathroom leak we were not aware off. Jerry found the source and helped us organise to get it fixed. The mould was carefully cut out and the affected area treated, dried and reinstated. It ended up being a huge job. Others were recommending we clean the surface mould, but Capital recommended invasive work be undertaken to see what is happening behind the wall and why it was damp. They were spot on and if you have a mould issue talk to Jerry from Capital.

  Highly recommend! I was very concerned about potential mould under my floorboards. I contacted Capital Facility Services because they are listed on the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification website as having undertaken that training, which meant I felt more confident in their services amongst the minefield of internet articles about mould and mould services. When I called, Penny was prompt to answer. She clearly set out their process and confirmed that the business were able to assist with my enquiry. She asked for photos of the areas I was concerned about to conduct a desktop review before checking if an assessor may be able to attend. After I emailed through the photos, Penny called back in less than 30 minutes. She was able to get an assessor out my place within the day. When the assessor arrived, he had already reviewed the photos. He explained the process of moisture readings to me and the reasons for doing them. After doing the readings, he explained the readings for my apartment and gave me an indication of what to look for in future, and suggested measures I could take in future. Overall: a cool, calm and collected team who are great at listening. No sales pitches, just clear explanations that were able to put my mind at ease! Thanks again!
