I wanted to express my feedback regarding the level of service OMS contractors have provided on each occasion they have attended. I must say that I am truly impressed with the professionalism and efficiency they displayed. Additionally, I would like to commend the excellent communication between the administration representatives, who have kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. It's greatly appreciated, and I want to extend my gratitude to the team for their efforts.

We have recently engaged with OMS for cleaning of a large hospitality venue. From the beginning they have been very professional and flexible to the needs of the business. The quality of work is just as promised, with all queries being addressed immediately without fuss. We have also engaged in deep cleaning of our kitchen which was also completed to a high standard. I would certainly recommend OMS to any establishment consideringtheir services.

OMS has been our cleaning service provider for a few years now and they have always done a fantastic job. It's very uncommon for an issue to arise, but when I do bring something to their attention they are so fast to resolve the issue and I never have to deal with it again. Their staff are always so friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend OMS without a doubt!

We used OMS for the cleaning and waste management services at our event in Gold Coast. We had 15,000 people attend. With this came a large amount of food trucks and toilets. OMS staff, led by Damien on the day, was absolutely brilliant. There were zero issues. The site was always clean, the bins always empty and they stayed late to ensure the site was left in an appropriate state. I highly recommend using OMS for the reasons listed above as well as the superb communication, flexibility and planning in the lead up stages.
