Overall great experience using this company. Good, friendly communication (too many companies fail to get how important this is). My furniture looked as good as new after cleaning and I couldn't believe how good the rug looked. I live in Tingalpa. Would absolutely recommend this company and will definitely be getting them back next year.

Really great company to work with, genuinely impressed with every service they have completed. We changed our pest control provider for our shop and moved permanently to Austech after seeing the results from their first visit. We also have had a treatment at our home and the difference is night and day. Great communication for all your bookings, follow ups for confirmation prior to your treatment and techs who are happy to help with questions you may have. Follow up phone calls are just that. No cheeky upselling, no pressure to rebook or “refer a friend” stuff. Very flexible with times and work with you and your availability. Thanks guys, appreciate it!
