  Clear communication throughout, and the work was attended to and completed exactly as quoted. The serviceman was polite, helpful, and professional. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly; some stains could not be removed due to their nature, which was clearly explained. One sofa that I expected might not come up well was actually cleaned very successfully, which was a pleasant surprise. Some outdoor furniture stains could not be removed due to long-term moisture and mould damage, as the furniture is over six years old and has been exposed to harsh Queensland weather. Overall, we were very happy with the outcome.

  We are 130% happy with the service Ethan and Chemdry delivered. He renewed a large cream carpet in our bedroom and got rid of the stains left by previous house owners. Our sofas and mattresses came up beautifully as well. The best part was how clean he got our two vintage rocking chairs - these had been in storage for ten years. We can use them again - yay.

  We had both wanted to thank Ethan for coming out to our home on the 14th May to clean my son's couch, a small stain on my mattress and the couch in the rumpus room.
