  We used Jim to clean carpets in 6 bedrooms and he was perfect. We couldn't move a lot of the bigger furniture but he happily worked around them (many other cleaners insisted that we removed EVERYTHING from the rooms). He turned up on time, was super efficent, cheerful and chatty to boot! His pricing was super reasonable too. Definatly recommend to everyone and will have him back for sure.

  Brilliant service! Jim arrived on time to set up. The carpets had not been cleaned for a very long time but no problem, Jim was efficient and worked around the furniture too. Fantastic result! He also cleaned our Persian rugs which came up so beautifully! Check out the photo of the section leading into the kitchen where the carpet was soiled over time with cooking grease! ewww! The left side was before steam, right side after, amazing! Very friendly and professional service, I have already recommended him to friends. Thanks so much Jim, so happy with my clean as new carpets!

  We used Jim's Tile Cleaning for our new home in Box Hill and it turned out great. Due to new constructions, the tiles were getting our feet black o the bottom. Mr. Han solved this issue with the correct cleaning agents to get out oil and dirt. Very careful, thorough and professional. Dried quickly and Mr. Han cleaned up all stuff and moved furniture back in place. Highly recommend.
