Well I kept putting off cleaning the carpets and then I booked Purity Carpet Cleaning, Kristina was excellent on the quote and booking and Charlie was fantastic. If you do in the winter only about 8 hours to dry. With the drying fans he had on they were great. He carefully ran the hoses and had corner protectors for the walls and warnings on the street for the hoses. It has been 16 years since we moved in and raising the kids the marks were not so good. Charlie knows his carpet and how to treat. I added cleaning the dining room chairs too. 3 bedrooms, dining room, large rug, runners and door mats. And 10 dining chairs. They look amazing.

Kristina was very pleasant and helpful with the booking and to deal with. Charlie was very social and arrived on time and did a terrific job with my couches and chairs and also gave great advice with ongoing care of the furniture. I wouldnt hesitate in having them do more work for me if needed and recommending them to anyone else for their cleaning needs.

I recently had the pleasure of getting the carpets in my apartment cleaned by Purity Carpet Cleaning, and the entire experience, from my initial inquiry to the actual cleaning, was nothing short of fantastic. Charlie did an amazing job and left the house feeling and smelling wonderful! The communication throughout was prompt and professional, and Charlie's expertise and attention to detail during the cleaning process truly revitalized my carpets. Will definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend(especially for pet owners).
