That Cleaning Crew

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Glenn and Suzi from That Cleaning Crew. From start to finish, their professionalism, knowledge, and care were exceptional. They carried out a full house clean along with mould remediation, and the results were excellent. What really sets them apart is their follow-up and execution. They don’t just do the job and disappear. Glenn and Suzi were always available to answer questions, provide additional advice, and even went above and beyond by attending an extra site visit to make sure everything was done properly and we were comfortable moving forward. It’s rare to find a team that is this thorough, responsive, and genuinely invested in the outcome for their clients. We felt completely supported throughout the entire process and couldn’t be happier with the results. We would highly recommend Glenn and Suzi to anyone needing professional cleaning or mould remediation.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from That Cleaning Crew. From the first contact to the final inspection, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team arrived on time, explained the process clearly. They removed the mould thoroughly and safely, and the difference was noticeable immediately — not just visually, but also in the air quality. It’s clear they really know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and outstanding results. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with mould issues and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I had booked That Cleaning Crew for pet stains on my carpet. The whole process was super easy - from getting a quote, to payment, and to the actual service which was really great. Glenn came in and got the job done efficiently and I appreciated that he talked me through what he had done afterwards. Communication was very good from start to finish. Thanks Glenn and team!

Glenn and the team were fantastic and couldn't have been more professional or helpful with the whole process. The house was spotless once they were done and they were really flexible with everything going on with the move out as well. Will definitely be recommending to all our friends.

Having injured my arm moving I couldn’t clean my bike pre settlement. I’m glad I called That Cleaning Crew who did an amazing job leaving it looking and smelling fresh and clean. I highly recommend them to anyone requiring cleaning services.
