We were having our floor re-stumped and replaced and had to have our entire kitchen removed and put into storage at short notice. We obtained multiple quotes, but most respondents thought it was either too hard or couldn't do it for 3-4 weeks. We needed this done immediately to keep the project moving. Simon came and quoted the job in quick time and was confident that he could do it speedily and with a minimum of fuss, which proved to be correct. As with any renovation, there are unexpected hurdles along the way, and Simon soon became our go-to guy for any unexpected problems, often suggesting improvements or solutions that were better than those that had already proposed. He worked well with our other tradesmen, and was always punctual and very responsive - he answered his phone every time, which is always a good sign in my book. He also has access to his own plumber and electrician, which was super handy in streamlining some of the jobs that required attention. He itemized every component and cost for each task to ensure transparency and clarity. In addition to all of that, he is also a top bloke whose priority is doing a professional job while minimising costs for the client. There is nothing not to love about that! We will definitely be utilising Simon's services again, and we are already compiling a list of further work for him to attend to in future. Simon was fantastic to have come and complete a diverse range of residential house repairs. He was on time, efficient, and thought laterally about a few jobs to ensure l got the best result.
