Cliff Otto Builder and Carpenter

Cliff recently completed a difficult build job for us at an investment property. He came up with a storage solution under the house, on a very sloped property that was affordable but more importantly, practical. He made sure that he carefully considered the important things - not effecting the existing homes structural integrity, water, ground slope, pests and ensuring the structure couldn't be seen from the outside so it wasn't unsightly. All of this was done via phone and messages of photos etc as we were unable to visit the property to discuss with him. He was reasonably priced, the solution was great and our tenant was happy. Win win!

Cliff helped us with a very troublesome and difficult fault finding issue with a leaky roof and gutter system. Cliff dealt with this with efficiently. Cliff showed great problem solving skills, that resulted in the deceased estate house being sold with only a few days of pre settlement stress after the floods and rains showed up every leak that was not evident in the previous 8 years of drought. Thank you Cliff.

Cliff was extremely professional during our kitchen renovation project. He was contracted to help knock out a wall and to do some plaster work. He had a lot of care for the success of the project and quality, and was really flexible to work in with our timeline for the project.
