Ben and his apprentice first did some work in my townhouse complex and I was so impressed by how hard they both worked, on really long, hot days, through storms and after dark too. All, while still smiling and just being super nice. So, I got Ben and his mate in again today, to help with some basic home maintenance jobs and again, they were both really nice and helpful. And, Ben only charged very reasonable prices. Ben, you're definitely my go-to tradie for all such jobs from now on in! Thanks heaps!

I recently hired Ben's Carpentry to level my house, replace a window, install a new ceiling, and plaster the walls in one bedroom. Overall, I was very pleased with the work completed. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and any minor delays were communicated well in advance. Ben was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. The house levelling, ceiling replacement, and plastering were completed to a high standard, and the finished room has made a significant improvement to my home. The only area where my expectations differed slightly was the replacement window. I had expected the finish to be completely paint-ready, however there were some screw and nail holes that still require filling before painting. This was a relatively minor issue and may simply have been a difference in expectations regarding the final finish. Overall, I am happy with the quality of the work and would recommend Ben's Carpentry to anyone looking for a reliable builder with excellent communication and solid workmanship.

Ben delivered an excellent outcome from start to finish. Everything was clearly itemised and built exactly to plan, including managing the required approvals. Ben took the time to explain any issues that arose and outlined the solutions in great detail, which made the process clear and stress-free. Ben was the easiest carpenter to work with and was able to repair significant structural wood rot in our Queenslander. He is able to liaise and work with other persons I had engaged (e.g. Structural engineer) to ensure the works would satisfy any requirements. Definitely would recommend his services to others. 10/10

Ben did an excellent job building our fences around the house and the front fence. He was always on time, maintained great communication, and delivered high-quality, professional work. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Ben for any future carpentry projects.
