  Josh Alcorn from Jaya Projects recently completed work at my Kiama home. His work standards are meticulous and professional, with all work compliant with relevant building standards. Josh is personable, offers good advice and is impressively punctual - in fact, he even texted me to advise that he would be 5 minutes later than originally notified. This shows a tradie who cares about his client's needs and expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Josh for any building or carpentry needs.

He and his team were always on time, always kept us informed, and were incredibly nice to deal with. We can’t recommend him more highly.

  I used Josh and the team for a renovation to a detached room we had in our backyard. Josh came around to inspect the job and shortly after provided a detailed quote for what our vision was. He was able to answer any questions I had about the cost and went through, in detail, what the finished product would look like and timeframe it would take to complete. Fast forward to the completion, and the cost was identical to the quote and the project was finished on time and to an extremely high standard. Throughout the construction process Josh and his team were reliable, respectful and trustworthy and delivered a result well beyond our expectations. I have, and will continue to recommend the Jaya team to anyone looking to renovate or build.
