Andrew and the team were fantastic to work with as they renovated our ensuite and main bathroom. They arrived on time every day and were respectful of the rest of our house in minimising the mess you would expect to see with such major works. Every afternoon before leaving site one of the team would let us know the plans for who would be on-site the next day and when, and this would be confirmed with a text message that night. Their quality of work was extremely high, and if they found an issue they would let us know what they found and then fix whatever the issue was. We were so happy with how our bathrooms turned out, they did a great job. We would recommend the Oakwood team to anyone who wants a builder that will do a top quality job with minimal hassle. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and we plan on using them when we do our kitchen renovation in the next year or two.

To say we are happy with our new bathroom ensuite renovation is an absolute understatement. Andrew, Matt and the whole team at Oakwood bathrooms have been absolutely professional from start to finish. Through clear and efficient communication before the renovation started, and then daily communication with all professionals on site including a text every night to tell me who was going to be on site the next day, what time and what was going to be done made me feel confident and at ease. Also every trades person that worked on the job was amazing. And an added bonus, every day they left they vacuumed and mopped the work area making it look spotless - they took such good care of my house I’ve never experienced that before. Thank you Oakwood bathrooms and I look forward to continuing to work on new projects in the future. 👏👏👏Erica and Andrew

The team from Oakwood Bathrooms have just completed our bathroom and ensuite renovation, and our response is "Wow". Matt and Andrew, from the moment they came to quote, to the completion of the renovation, were nothing but professional, very courteous, personable and likeable. The communication was second to none, from start to finish. The tradespeople also were nothing but professional and very respectful while in our home. Any renovation comes with a certain amount of stress, but Matt was always there to answer any questions. He was always calm and reassuring. Nothing was ever a problem for Oakwood. We made changes during the renovation, and Matt was always supportive. Our bathrooms were 20 years old, dated and falling apart. The transformation is astonishing. We now have luxury, spa like bathrooms. We have renovated before, but what is so good about Oakwood was the end to end process. Matt was our point of contact throughout the renovation. He took care of everything. We are very grateful to Matt and Andrew, and their team for the beautiful bathrooms they created. They made it all so easy for us. John and Julie.
