Read moreNathan from Monunental Building was very professional and prompt to get back to us with a comprehensive quote and options. Up front about approximate costs and options and knew the product being installed very well. Explained possible variables in cost so no nasty suprises along way. In terms of work ethic him and his team didnt stop on install day in blazing sun and got job done by end of day. Very easy to deal with and thorough. We're impressed enough to move forward with next stage of pool area upgrade with them. The Luxe Lite Cantilever product is unique and well worth an upgrade if you're thinking of a lux shelter for pool or backyard.

Read moreNathan and his team from Monumental Building Group did an outstanding job building our PVC deck. His workmanship is excellent — every detail is finished to a high standard, and you can tell he really knows his craft. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, kept us updated, and made everything stress-free. Technically he’s very strong, and his experience shows in the quality of the final result. We’re extremely happy with the deck and would highly recommend Nathan to anyone looking for quality work and a reliable professional.

Read moreI am so grateful to have been referred to Nathan and Monumental Building Group when needing to replace my 34 year old pool deck and fencing. It was a very positive experience from first contact, arriving at the correct design and quote, overcoming the inevitable hiccups that occur, and achieving a beautiful outcome. Despite a very challenging site, the work was carried out efficiently, and to the highest standard. Nathan has a very positive and skilled team behind him, and good working relationship with the other excellent trades that he brought in, eg electrical, plumbing and fencing. I felt my concerns were heard and the goal of achieving the desired outcome the primary focus at all times.

Read moreWe recently used Monumental Building Group for a few upgrades in our home, including replacing a window with a bifold door and building a recessed niche. Nathan and his team are extremely good at what they do. Nathan quickly understood our brief, has an incredible eye for detail, and works with a team of excellent tradespeople. Everything was coordinated seamlessly, which meant we didn’t have to get involved—something we really appreciated, especially with a three-month-old at home. The team was also very neat and respectful of our space. Communication was generally quick and clear, though we did have a gap around the size and shape of the niche, despite having shared a drawing. This led to the project going over budget, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the overall quality of work and professionalism was very high, and we would definitely consider using Nathan and his team again.
