Mr Ajay came highly recommended by Mr John Tran from Harcourts and did a very thorough job for my building and pest inspection report with clear pictures and explanations leaving no stones unturned, it was very nice of him to keep buyer posted every step of the way and would notify me immediately if something is not right structurally; he also highlighted Asbestos fence surrounding house but they are not exposed so no lose fibres no danger; in the midst of settlement my partner living interstate grilled me left right & centre on the look of moisture on ceiling and was not convinced by me that there is no leakage until he spoke to Mr Ajay 🙏🙏🙏I'm so grateful for his impeccable after sales support, thorough report and highly competitive rate.
