  Professional and highly recommended! SMART is our (Westralian Strata Services) most recommended building inspection & maintenance company. All building inspection reports from SMART are clear, detailed and reliable. Their recommendations in building inspection reports are really helpful, which identified the location of the issue, the urgency of the issue and recommended remedy works. After a quick discussion with Martin and Gary, they provided estimated costs for each individual remedy works. Those reports with estimated costs allowed us to provide a professional and reliable schedule of works to our clients. Also, we had very positive feedback from our clients in regard to the maintenance works which have been completed by SMART.

The thoroughness of the inspection completed was outstanding and it certainly highlighted some issues we did not know existed with the property. The quality of the report was excellent with all issues explained in detail and clear photographs supporting each issue, along with recommendations for repair. Allen was very easy to deal with and the turn around time from inspection to receipt of the report was super quick. Can't rate these guys highly enough.

  Professional and quick turn around. Martin completed an extremely accurate building inspection and spent the time to explain all his findings clearly. The reports was detailed and easy to read and included photographs and thermal imaging when needed. He advised us of maintenance issues that we weren't aware of and also provided recommendations on how to address the issues. We were very happy with the service. Highly recommended!!   We engaged SMART to conduct a pre-purchase inspection of our home. The service received was fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Martin clearly outlined the scope of the inspection and was happy to assist with a couple of other queries we had. The inspection was carried out promptly and the report issued immediately afterwards. I review survey reports frequently in my line of work and I found our report to be of a very high standard. It was comprehensive and we found the content to be useful. We would highly recommend SMART and would have no hesitation using them in future.

  Martin responded very quickly to assist with repairs to a sagging roof. After the inspection he provided a detailed assessment of the work required and an estimate quote. Very pleased with the work from all the contractors that was used. They arrived when they said and completed the job in a timely manner.

  I have recommended Smart building services to friends and businesses needing advice or reports on certain issues at their properties. Gary and Martin are extremely helpful, personal and go just that little bit extra which is why I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The reports are very detailed and the advice is honest. Wont be disappointed.
